  7. URLUpDat is a shareware program that scans a list in ascii format containing
  8. the URLs of all the files that a user would routinely download over a given
  9. period of time, moves the relevant files to a specified location, altering
  10. their filenames and datestamps to user specified values, before updating the
  11. original URL list so that it can be passed to a download utility and the
  12. next batch of files downloaded from the internet. It will NOT itself download
  13. files from the internet.
